  • Founder & CEO

    Victoria has over fifteen years of executive experience across highly regulated industries including insurance, financial services, and legal technology. She has deep expertise in digital transformation, revenue growth, product, operations, and AI/ML. Prior to founding Saliant, Victoria delivered successful enterprise digital transformations, zero to one product launches, and new venture partnerships.

    Victoria is currently studying for her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

    She lives in Chicago with her family.
